Firecraft

Whether you are a seasoned adventurer, that have made countless fires, or have never built a fire at all, this course is designed to not only create confidence in a life saving skill but to also expand your knowledge and hone the craft of making fires in a myriad of situations. Finding yourself without a lighter when fire is essential doesn't have to be a life threatening situation. Invest in yourself and gain a skill set to insure survival through self reliance. In this course you will learn the fundamentals of fire, using a ferro rod, and creating friction fire with a bow drill. Instruction will last 6 to 10 hours, depending on class size and level of understanding.
